We were so blessed by these classes! We started them a bit last minute so ended up giving birth a few days after the last session so it was cut quite fine! We felt so equipped for labour together because of it, we were able to ask the right questions and remain positive through the parts of labour that were a bit chaotic. The post natal sessions were gold for our first few days of parenting and helped us feel empowered to just focus on parenting together enjoying every second without any panic. We would 100% recommend to any expecting parents! Also very excited about to meet with the other couples and meet their little ones soon.
