Who Can Make a Referral?
Referrals can be made by:
-
You, you can refer yourself to any of our services
-
Family members or friends who know someone in need
-
Professionals such as midwives, health visitors, GPs, mental health workers, or community organisations
We welcome referrals from anyone who recognises that a parent, baby, or family could benefit from extra emotional, practical, or wellbeing support.
Please complete our short Referral Form below.
It only takes a few minutes and helps us understand what support is needed.
💬 If you’re unsure which service is right, just tell us what’s happening — we’ll help identify the best support for each family.
Who can be referred?
Our funded support is designed for families who may be facing barriers to accessing paid services — for example due to:
-
Financial hardship or low income
-
Social isolation or limited local support networks
-
Mental health challenges
-
Additional needs, neurodivergence, or disability
-
Family breakdown, housing insecurity, or other difficult circumstances
Referrals help us reach families who would most benefit from free or funded support, ensuring our services go where they’re needed most.

What Happens Next?
-
We’ll acknowledge your referral within 5 working days.
-
A member of our team will contact the parent/carer to explore their needs.
-
Together, we’ll decide which of our services can best support them — or help connect them to other community support if needed.
Every referral matters.
Whether it’s a mum seeking connection, a parent needing emotional support, or a family facing hardship — we’re here to help.
