Our Baby Massage & Bonding Course is suitable from birth until your baby is actively crawling. Many parents join when their baby is between 6 weeks and 6 months old, but younger and older babies are welcome too.
Yes.We actively encourage partners, co-parents and other primary caregivers to learn baby massage too. The more people your baby feels safe and connected with, the better.
Absolutely! We are Twin Massage certified, which means you just need to book 1 space for you and your 2 babies. Baby Massage is one of the only classes you can do with both babies, their are a number of different ways in which we can do the class:You can massage both babies at the same time You can massage one baby this week and one baby next weekYou can massage one baby and I will massage the otherThis is all dependent upon what you're comfortable with and we can change this up every session. Please give me a heads up when you book so I can make sure you have enough resources for the 2 babies. If you do wish for another adult to come to massage your other baby then you will need to book 2 separate spaces.
Whilst baby massage can greatly assist with many normal baby discomforts, if baby has any additional medical conditions we would recommend that you get consent from your GP prior to attending, once you've got this consent and you are both ready to attend then we will be there to support you every step of the way.
Yes! There are so many incredible benefits of baby massage and research has shown that premature babies can hugely benefit from the power of positive touch. It has been proven how baby massage can help with weight gain, aiding the development and function of the digestive system and in encouraging the bonding process (along with many others).
In-person we restrict the numbers on all of our group classes to a maximum of 12 babies in order to maintain an intimate atmosphere. We always set up in a circle structure and keeping the numbers to 12 allows us to create an environment where mums feel comfortable to share and feel supported. Being in a circle allows us to connect to other mums and create lasting friendships without feeling left out in any way.
That's completely normal.Babies cry, feed, need changing, want cuddles, fall asleep, and sometimes simply aren't in the mood for massage. There is never any pressure to "perform" or keep up with the group. You are welcome exactly as you are.
Not at all.Everything is taught step-by-step and designed for complete beginners. We'll guide you through each technique and answer any questions along the way.
Many parents find the tummy massage techniques particularly helpful for easing wind, colic and digestive discomfort. In week 3 we also demonstrate some simple winding techniques and gentle tummy time routines, these are particularly helpful for easing wind. While we can't promise specific outcomes, we'll teach practical techniques that many families continue using long after the course has finished.
We recommend you bring a warm towel for baby, for in-person sessions we will provide a mat for baby to lie on & a pot of coconut oil. If you are joining us online, either live or via our pre-recorded sessions then we recommend having a towel to hand & some pure coconut oil / baby massage oil.
We understand that life with a baby can be unpredictable. If you are joining us in person where possible we'll provide information and guidance so you can practise at home, and you're always welcome to ask questions at the following session. If you are joining us online, you won't miss a thing as our sessions are recorded & send to you after each session.
Not at all.We welcome first-time parents as well as those adding to their family, we usually have a high proportion of second & third time mums attend our Baby Massage course. Every baby is different, and many parents enjoy having dedicated one-to-one time with their new baby.
At the beginning of the session we do a little introduction but I am happy to do this on your behalf if this worries you. Some parents love chatting and making new friends. Others prefer to sit quietly and enjoy the session. There is no pressure to share anything you don't want to
Clothing that's easy to remove works best. The room will be warm and comfortable for massage.
We run baby massage sessions at various locations across Warwickshire. Full venue details, parking information and accessibility guidance are provided when you book.

Please know that many parents feel exactly the same before their first session. In fact, it's one of the most common things we hear. Most parents arrive knowing nobody and leave having met people who genuinely understand this stage of life. We'll make sure you feel welcome from the moment you arrive.
Yes.Our Warwickshire courses operate on a mixed contribution model, with places available from £1 to £45 depending on your circumstances. We believe every family should have access to support, regardless of their financial situation.
Baby massage is gentle and suitable for most babies. If your baby has any medical conditions or you're unsure whether massage is appropriate, please get in touch before booking and we'll be happy to advise.
No.Absolutely not. Our mixed contribution model is confidential. Whether you've paid £1, £20 or £45, nobody in the room will know, and every family receives exactly the same warm welcome, support and experience. We simply want support to be accessible to as many families as possible.
