Pregnancy can feel exciting, overwhelming and sometimes a little lonely - especially in the earlier months when everything still feels new. The Bump Social is a relaxed, welcoming meet-up designed to give you a chance to slow down, enjoy a creative activity and naturally connect with others who are pregnant around a similar time. Each session centres around a simple, calming craft activity, such as decorating a birth candle, creating affirmation cards or making a small keepsake for your birth space. There’s no pressure and no expectations - the activity simply gives everyone something lovely to focus on while conversation flows naturally around the table. Held under cosy candlelight and fairy lights at the Beyond the Bump Hub, the atmosphere is warm, relaxed and welcoming. During the session you’ll enjoy: • A friendly welcome and introductions • A relaxing craft activity • Gentle conversation with others due around a similar time • A short helpful topic around pregnancy or preparing for birth • The opportunity to ask questions or seek support from the Beyond the Bump team if you’d like Many people will attend monthly as their pregnancy progresses, naturally moving into the later pregnancy meet-up as their due date approaches. Whether this is your first baby or you’re expecting again, you’re very welcome. This session is suitable for those between 0–24 weeks pregnant. These sessions are funded by Warwick Town Council, helping reduce isolation during pregnancy and ensuring more families can access support and connection during this important stage of life.
