Week One

Introduction & Getting Started

The principles and benefits of baby massage — and how to read your baby's cues so you always know when they are ready and when they need a break.

Week two

Legs, Feet & Tummy

Sequences for the lower body — including the tummy massage sequence that genuinely helps with colic, wind, and digestive discomfort during the witching hour.

Week three

Chest, Arms & Hands

Building your baby's body awareness and deepening your connection through touch on the upper body  arms, hands, and the heart area.

Week four

Face, Head & Relaxation Sequence

Gentle techniques for the face and head — including sequences for teething discomfort and a calming relaxation routine to use before sleep.

Week five

Full Body Sequence & Moving Forward

Sequences for the lower body — including the tummy massage sequence that genuinely helps with colic, wind, and digestive discomfort during the witching hour.
