Bump Socials are relaxed and informal - but the conversations is always flowing so they never experience that awkward silence kind of vibe. There's no teaching, no presentations, and no pressure to share anything you don't want to. We provide a simple craft activity to help conversation flow naturally, alongside plenty of time to chat, connect, and get to know other local mums-to-be.We're always there to answer any pregnancy, labour or birth questions that you may have.

Yes.Thanks to funding from our partners, Bump Socials are completely free to attend.

Yes.Although the sessions are free, spaces are limited and booking is essential so we know how many people to expect and can prepare materials for everyone attending.

Yes, and we'd love to see you regularly.We run two sessions each month in different locations across Warwickshire. To ensure as many pregnant women as possible can access the funded spaces available, we ask that you attend one session per month.

We run Bump Socials across Warwickshire, including Warwick, Leamington Spa, Stratford-upon-Avon, Kenilworth, and Rugby.Locations vary throughout the year. You can find details of upcoming venues when you book.

Just yourself.We'll provide everything needed for the session, including any craft materials, a drink and a small snack.

Absolutely.Many women tell us they were nervous before attending their first session. There's no expectation to speak in front of the group or share personal details. You can join in as much or as little as feels comfortable.

Yes.In fact, many women come because pregnancy feels lonely, overwhelming, or isolating. While Bump Socials aren't a therapy or support group, they are a warm and welcoming space where many parents find friendship, understanding, and connection.

Usually, yes.We often have a mixture of due dates at each session, but there are normally several women attending who are at a similar stage of pregnancy, making it easy to connect with others experiencing the same things.

Please let us know as soon as possible.As spaces are limited and funded, cancelling your place allows another pregnant woman to attend instead.
