Service Description

Our 4-week Baby Massage course offers a welcoming and supportive space to slow down, connect with your baby, and learn a range of nurturing massage techniques you can use at home. Suitable from birth until crawling, each session focuses on gentle strokes that can help support bonding, relaxation, sleep, digestion, and your baby's overall wellbeing. The course is delivered in a comfortable, accessible community venue, making it easier for more families to benefit from this special time together. Baby massage oil and mats are provided - simply bring a towel for your baby. Each session lasts approximately 50 minutes and includes time to learn, practise and connect with other local parents. July's course will be held in Warwick or Leamington Spa - location TBC To help make our courses accessible to all families, places are offered on a mixed-pricing basis: • Funded Place (£1 contribution) • Pay What You Can Place (50% of the standard fee) • Standard Place – supports the sustainability of the programme and helps fund subsidised places for local families No previous experience is needed and babies are always welcome to be babies.
