Join our live 4-week Online Baby Massage & Bonding course and learn gentle massage techniques that can support your baby's relaxation, digestion, sleep, development and emotional wellbeing. Delivered live via Zoom, this welcoming course allows you to enjoy all the benefits of baby massage from the comfort of your own home, without the need to travel or work around nap times. Each 45-minute session includes guided baby massage instruction, opportunities to ask questions, and practical information to help you build confidence in responding to your baby's cues. Suitable from birth until crawling, the course provides a wonderful opportunity to slow down, connect with your baby and enjoy dedicated one-to-one time together. You will receive a list of simple items to have ready before your first session, including a towel or blanket and a suitable massage oil. No previous experience is needed and babies are always welcome to be babies.
