Module 3: When Birth Changes One of the biggest reasons people leave birth feeling frightened, overwhelmed or traumatised is not necessarily because birth changed - but because nobody prepared them for how to move through those changes. This session is designed to help you feel more emotionally prepared for the moments where birth becomes uncertain, decisions need to be made quickly, or things begin to unfold differently than expected. Rather than approaching intervention or induction from a place of fear, this session helps you understand what these experiences can actually look like, how to stay involved in decision making and how to avoid feeling swept along by everything happening around you. We’ll focus on helping you feel calmer under pressure, more able to process information in the moment and more confident asking questions and understanding your options. Because birth changing direction does not mean you’ve failed - and it doesn’t automatically mean your experience has to feel frightening or traumatic.
