As your pregnancy progresses, it can feel really reassuring to meet other mums-to-be who are on a similar journey. The Bump Social is a relaxed, calming gathering where expectant mums at any stage of pregnancy can connect, enjoy a creative activity, and spend time with others navigating this chapter. We run two sessions per month, both with the same activity - so you only need to attend one. Each session centres around a meaningful, creative activity designed to help you prepare for birth in a calm and supportive way. This might include decorating a birth candle, creating affirmations, or crafting something for your birth space. This isn’t a formal class or antenatal session - just a warm, welcoming space where conversation flows naturally while you create something special. During the session, you’ll enjoy: • Friendly introductions • A relaxing, guided craft activity • A short, supportive topic around pregnancy or birth • Time to chat and connect with other mums • The opportunity to ask questions or seek support from the Beyond the Bump team Held under soft fairy lights, The Bump Social offers a gentle space to pause, connect, and prepare for what’s ahead. We operate a mixed funding model for these sessions. Thanks to funding from Warwick Town Council, we’re able to offer fully funded spaces. A small £1 booking fee applies to cover website processing costs. If you’re in a position to pay for your space, your contribution goes directly back into the project - helping us continue to offer these sessions each month and ensure they remain accessible to every pregnant mum who needs them. Spaces are limited to keep the atmosphere calm, intimate and supportive.
