Motherhood can be lonely, often our lives are full of routines, responsibilities and constantly being needed, it is easy to lose touch with the person you were before everyone started calling you Mum. The Mum Social is a relaxed evening created for women at every stage of motherhood, whether you are pregnant, newly postnatal or you're navigating those early years. It is a chance to leave the house, do something just for yourself and spend time with other women who understand how life can change when you become a mum. During the evening, you can expect: • A warm, relaxed space • A simple creative or mindful activity to enjoy • Time to chat and connect without awkward networking or forced introductions • Conversations that go beyond nappies, sleep and school runs • Space to laugh, switch off and simply be yourself for a while • The chance to meet other local mums and build genuine friendships Come alone or bring someone with you. Join in as much or as little as you like. It is a few hours where nobody needs anything from you. No judgement. No expectations. Just good company, something enjoyable to do and a chance to find a little piece of yourself again. Spaces are kept limited so that the evening feels calm, comfortable and welcoming. July's course will be held in Warwick or Leamington Spa - location TBC To help make our courses accessible to all families, places are offered on a mixed-pricing basis: • Funded Place (£1 contribution) • Pay What You Can Place (50% of the standard fee) • Standard Place – supports the sustainability of the sessions and helps fund subsidised places for local families
